Introducing John East

John and his then-fiancée made their home in Northampton over 20 years ago, falling in love with the town and its people. Together, they’ve built a life here with their two daughters and six (yes, six!) cats.

With over 35 years of experience as an IT professional, John has worked in various industries, including construction and finance, managing project delivery and key software solutions for high-profile global clients in both the US and Europe.

For the past 15 years, John has developed a keen interest in politics, focusing on national issues and, more recently, local ones. He cares deeply about Northampton and has become disillusioned with the neglect of local services and the gradual decline of certain areas. John is frustrated with the ongoing council tax hikes, especially when the community is receiving less in return.

John is passionate about making a difference and believes reform is essential. John wants reform. Vote John East - Vote Reform UK on 1st May!
